Winner for each Award category is identified based on the highest score.
Scores are generated from a combination of the written online entry and the virtual presentation.
Step 1 of the judging process is an evaluation of the written online entry.
Step 2 of the judging process is an evaluation of a 45 minute presentation delivered virtually to a panel of Judges, which will be attended by the Tack TMI colleagues from all around the globe. This 45min presentation is called Tack TMI Awards master-class and also includes 10-15min for Q&A.
There is a set of 7 criteria for L&D Initiative of the Year and a set of 6 criteria for Marketing Initiative of the Year and Innovation of the Year categories. Each criterion has 10 points available.
Written online entries and virtual presentations will be scored against the same 7 criteria for L&D Initiative of the Year, and against the same 6 criteria for Marketing Initiative of the Year and Innovation of the Year categories.
