This award is aimed to identify the most impactful Learning & Development Initiative created and successfully delivered to the client that had the highest impact on the business results of the client organisation.
The judges of the Award will want to see critical information, which includes:
Business Rationale & Context of the initiative
How it fits within Tack TMI value proposition
The overall structure, design and implementation of the L&D initiative
The results and impact this had – both tangible and intangible on the client organisation
Insights you gained and learnings you made
