This award is aimed to identify the most impactful Innovation (regardless of the area in which the innovation was implemented) that helped grow the business/create new opportunities and strengthen the position of the Tack TMI business in the marketplace.
The judges of the Award will want to see critical information, which includes:
What the innovative idea / practice / approach is
How it fits within Tack TMI value proposition
The overall objectives, design and implementation
The results this had – both tangible and intangible realized to the client organization or Partner organization
Insights you gained and learnings you made

Please describe the context of the innovation - the specific objectives and how this fits with your Country’s overall business strategy.
2. Innovative and Creative Solution (maximum score: 10 points)
Please describe the solution designed to the identified objectives (process, methodology and key deliverables of the intervention), how it was developed and what made it innovative and creative.
3. Effective Implementation (maximum score: 10 points)
Please describe the implementation of your innovation and what made it effective, including customer engagement and management of time and budget.
Please provide the information on who were involved from your team and what roles they played.
4. Business Impact and Results Achieved (maximum score: 10 points)
Please describe the impact on business performance and results - linking with original targeted objectives/benefits (e.g. Return on Investment (ROI), new business enquiries and opportunities, improvement in sales results, brand building, customer and prospect engagement etc.) Please illustrate your achievements with relevant data and stories.
5. Intangible benefits (maximum score: 10 points)
Please describe how the innovation succeeded in making a difference (illustrated by feedback, stories and anecdotal evidence from customers and staff, or other stakeholders depending on the area of the innovation)
6. Impact on Tack TMI locally and/or globally (maximum score: 10 points)
Please describe how this innovation has strengthened your offering and/or advanced your position in the marketplace; how has this initiative helped you create new opportunities (either with the specific client, or elsewhere in the market); how has it strengthened your team ad offering; what, if anything, do you do differently now going forward).
